1. Scope and Purpose

This Privacy Policy applies to the ViroFlow internal application operated by Our Company. Because this tool is exclusively for internal corporate use, we do not collect personal data from the general public.

2. TikTok Data Handling

ViroFlow interfaces with TikTok's API to publish content to corporate accounts. We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain connection with TikTok. We do not aggregate, analyze, or distribute TikTok user data, follower data, or analytics to any third parties. All data is processed locally within our secure corporate infrastructure.

3. Data Retention and Security

Uploaded video files and metadata are retained temporarily on our servers for processing and scheduling. Once a post is successfully published to TikTok, media files may be purged based on our internal retention policies. We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect API tokens and communications.

4. Internal Telemetry

We collect basic operational logs (such as upload success/failure rates and processing times) to monitor the health and performance of the ViroFlow application. This data is strictly utilized by our internal engineering team.
